Pendulum develops on-device, software-defined positioning, navigation, and timing for people and assets when GPS is degraded or denied.
- Led product development for a DoD-funded GPS-denied geolocation system combining sensors, geospatial context, and machine learning.
- Converted applied-AI research into a roadmap, requirements, operational workflows, and evaluation criteria.
- Worked across machine-learning and software engineers, company leadership, and operational users to turn field evidence into priorities.
- Shipped field-test prototypes and established repeatable test-and-learning loops for defense and autonomous-system use cases.

Serve designs and operates autonomous robots that navigate complex, human-centric environments.
- Hired to lead product and commercialization for Level 4 sidewalk delivery across GTM, partner integrations, autonomy performance, fleet reliability, and revenue.
- Built the logistics platform and Uber integration connecting partner APIs, fleet command and control, robot autonomy, and delivery operations.
- Aligned executives, hardware, autonomy, infrastructure, analytics, design, operations, and external partners around the commercial launch path.
- Shipped operational tools and an emulator that enabled launch work before Uber’s production APIs were ready, then stood up and rapidly improved live operations.
- Helped unlock Serve’s subsequently announced agreement with Uber Eats to field up to 2,000 robots—a 40× fleet-expansion commitment at the time.

Postmates is an on-demand delivery marketplace for food, drinks, groceries, and more.
- Joined as an early product hire to own consumer, merchant, courier, enterprise, and developer-platform products across a real-time marketplace.
- Rebuilt the customer-service technology and operational stack, then automated product operations across the marketplace.
- Launched a new developer platform and built the B2B business on top of it, shipping integrations with Apple, Walmart, Square, Shopify, Instacart, and others.
- Led product, engineering, design, operations, sales, and partnerships while internationalizing the product, launching a second product line, and opening Postmates’ first non-U.S. market.
- Grew the B2B and developer platform to approximately $12 million in ARR and approximately 30% of Postmates delivery volume by the Uber acquisition.

I started
with data.
I began my career building financial-data collection and operational tools. At Expedia, I moved into global consumer mobile products. At Postmates, I built marketplace and developer-platform products. Since then, I’ve led products across autonomous delivery, applied AI, GPS-denied navigation, geospatial systems, and machine telemetry.
My background is in electronic media, interface design, animation, and development. It shaped how I work: understand the technical system, make it useful to customers, and help the organization scale it.
